OMG!!!! Not FULLY Customizable like I was told pre-purchase!!! On the phone with my credit card company now... Chatting with support who says all refunds must be by request to the customer service department! They first told me to contact the developer. Who is obviously not American given the typos and language on the template. I am not waiting for China to tell me this cannot be customized. i think the scam here is to try to UPSELL you on coding and extras to LOOK like the template you bought. NO THANKS CHINA AND TEMPLATE MONSTER! I chatted before purchase to ask if the template was customizable - i.e. the header photo, logo, fonts, etc. NOOOOO they are not. I was told it was fully customizable but it is not! The slider photos are gone. The logo cannot be resized. it is miniature. It does not overhang the menu bar. (someone with great coding skills did that). Its a crappy, hollow shell, same as Shopify themes. Literally as crappy and NON customizable. DO NOT BUT THIS. It is not what you think.
